A Survey to analyse Experiences and Lessons Learnt by Developers of Offshore Windfarms
In addition to the report Offshore Wind Energy in the North Sea Region - or in short the Quick Scan - the workstream planning and participation will have a deeper look into offshore planning and realisation processes of each of the members states involved in the POWER project. The objective of the "Case Study of Offshore Wind Farms" is to analyse experiences and lessons learned by developers of offshore wind farms in order to generate recommendations about “good planning and realisation processes” in the North Sea Region.

The study was accomplished by DENA – Deutsche Energie-Agentur (G), Deutsche WindGuard (G), and the University of Groningen (NL) under responsibility of the Senator for Construction, Environment and Transport, Free State of Bremen (G).
