The North Sea Competence Network for Offshore Wind Energy The POWER competence network is strengthening the leading role of the North Sea Region and its regional supply chains in the rapidly evolving market of offshore wind energy. POWER is a common platform for discussion, exchange and transnational initiatives for North Sea regions to support offshore wind energy developments.
The transnational POWER partnership is led by BIS in Germany, with five other main partners from the United Kingdom, Denmark, The Netherlands and Flanders.
